QCTiP 2026 Registration

Please note that tickets are sold on a first-come first-served basis and based on the interest in previous QCTiP editions, we expect tickets may sell out before registration closes.

Tickets and Registration

Thanks to the generous support of our sponsors we are able to lower early-bird registration fees. Please note, however, that the number of early-bird tickets has been limited – if all early bird tickets sell out before the deadline (27th February), we will switch to regular rate tickets earlier.

Furthermore, the number of student tickets has been limited – if all student tickets sell out, please purchase regular rate tickets. Only those participants are eligible to purchase student tickets who study for a degree but have not yet received a doctorate.

We are able to offer the Gala Dinner in the beautiful Oxford Town Hall as a free option, which will take place in the evening of the 21st April (conference dates are 20-22 April). However, we request participants to sign up only if they know they will be able to attend.

Travel Support

We have a limited capacity to provide financial help with conference costs for a small number of attendees. If you require financial help in order to be able to attend, then please fill in the following online form – you will be asked for a justification, and only those with strong and specific reasons for needing support may receive it.

Cancellation Policy

Participants should contact the organisers at qctip2026@cs.ox.ac.uk to request cancellation of their registration. Cancellations made before the registration deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee. Cancellation requests made after the registration deadline may not be granted.

Accommodation

Important notice

A major event, the Skoll World Forum will take place later the same week as QCTiP 2026 in central Oxford. While Skoll does not directly affect the main QCTiP event in the Mathematical Institute, accommodation will be more difficult to find for the night of Tuesday the 21st April and after. For this reason we strongly recommend that participants purchase a ticket for QCTiP as soon as possible and then book accommodation immediately after purchasing a ticket.

St Anne’s College

Oxford Venue

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at St Anne’s College that participants can book via St Anne’s College’s website using the below code.

Dates available are 19th April (check in) - 22nd April (check out). Please note that the booking link will expire on Monday 23rd February at 9am and therefore bookings must be made before this date. St Anne’s College is located “just opposite the street”, 3 mins walk from the conference venue.

Holiday Inn Oxford Pear Tree

We have reserved a limited number of rooms at the Holiday Inn Oxford which participants can book by clicking on the link below (or by choosing “Group Rate” and providing the code “GV3”).

Dates available are 19th April (check in) - 23rd April (check out). Please note that the minimum stay lenght is 3 days and that the rooms are only held until 5th March 2026, and therefore bookings must be made before this date.

The conference venue is conveniently accessible via a 10-min bus trip from the Pear Tree Park and Ride bus station. Participants should take bus number 300 which stops immediately in front of the Andrew Wiles Building (name of the bus stop is Radcliffe Observatory Quarter).

Visa Information

International attendees should check UK visa requirements well in advance. Participants will be asked during the registration stage whether they need help with their visa applications. Please tick “yes” and please note that participants then still need to get in touch with us at qctip2026@cs.ox.ac.uk in case they need an invitation letter.
